Join MythosMC in under a minute.

Whether you're on Java or Bedrock, connecting is simple. Follow the steps for your platform, save the IP once, and you're in.

Tip: save the server to your list so you don't have to retype the IP next time.

PC · Java Edition

Join on Java

The richest experience if you own Minecraft: Java Edition. Full feature set, best performance, and easiest access to client-side mods where allowed.

  1. Launch Minecraft: Java Edition on version 1.20 or newer.
  2. From the main menu, click Multiplayer → Add Server.
  3. Set Server Name to anything (e.g. MythosMC).
  4. Set Server Address to play.mythosmc.net and click Done.
  5. Select the server in your list and press Join Server.
If you see a version warning, you can usually still connect. For best results, keep your client on a recent release (1.20+).
Console · Mobile · Windows

Join on Bedrock

Connect from Xbox, Switch, PlayStation, mobile, or Windows Bedrock using Geyser. Once added, MythosMC stays in your server list like any other world.

  1. Launch Minecraft on your Bedrock device (Windows, Xbox, Switch, Mobile).
  2. Go to Play → Servers → Add Server.
  3. Set Server Name to something like MythosMC.
  4. Set Server Address to play.mythosmc.net and Port to 19133.
  5. Save, then select the server and hit Join.
If Bedrock shows "Unable to connect to world," double-check the port. You must use 19133, not the default Bedrock port.
Troubleshooting

When it doesn't just work.

A quick checklist before assuming the server is actually down.

"Can't resolve hostname" (Java)
Make sure the address is exactly play.mythosmc.net with no spaces, no quotes, no extra characters. Typos are almost always the cause here.
"Unable to connect to world" (Bedrock)
Double-check that the port is 19133, not the default Bedrock port. Save and try again.
"Outdated client / outdated server"
Update your game to a recent version (1.20+ on Java, latest on Bedrock) and try again. The server supports newer versions as they release.
Timeouts or heavy lag
Test your internet connection. Close background downloads and streaming tabs. Try again. Short connection spikes can cause temporary timeouts that clear in a minute or two.
Still stuck?
